- Cream- 1/2 cup
- Sugar- 10tbsp
- Cashew - 4-8 soaked in water
- Pine nuts- 20
- Kewara essence- 2pinch
- Milk- 10tbsp
- Crushed cashew for garnishing
Method.................................
- Take mixer, add all things and blend, pour mixer in kulfi mold.
- Keep in fridge for 4 hours.take out , pour in hot water for 5 second, now sprinkle crushed cashew on kulfi.
- Cashew - Pine nuts Indian Home made Kulfi is ready to serve.
