Kuttu Ke aate Ke Dahi Bade For Fasting
Ingredients................................
- Sighara aata/ kuttu aata/Flour- 100gm
- Boiled potato-1
- Fasting Salt
- For stuffing- raisins, almond, cashew crushed
- Thick Yogurt- 1cup
- Fresh coriander chopped- 2tbsp
- Grated ginger- 1tbsp
- oil for frying- 1/2cup
Method............................
- Take a bowl add flour, salt ,chopped coriander, ginger and boiled potato, mix them properly and make smooth dough.
- Now make small ball like lime, stuffed with raisins, almond crushed, now heat the wok place balls and fry till golden brown, take out and keep a side
- Now take a bowl add thick yogurt , put salt and whisk now place fried balls in yogurt and cover them for 10 min.
- Kuttu Ke aate Ke Dahi Bade For Fasting is ready to eat.
