Nutritious Burger For Kids
Ingredients....................................
For Patties........................
- Mix veg-1/2cup
- Boiled Potato mashed- 1cup
- Salt to taste
- Tomato puree/ chopped-2tsp
- Grated ginger- 1tsp
- Sliced onion-1/4cup
- Green chili-1
- Bread crumbs-1cup
- Lemon juice-1tsp
- Mic curry pwd-1tsp
- Oil -2tsp
For burgers..........................
- Ready made Bun
- Tomato ketchup
- Mayo
- Salad leaves
- Sliced onion
- Sliced buffalo mozzarella
Method............................
- Heat the wok,pour oil, add sliced onion+ ginger,fry till golden brown, now add mix veg, put salt , tomato puree and cook/cover it for 1 min.take out and keep aside
- Take a big bowl add boiled potato+mix veg+curry pwd and mix them properly , now take a tray and spread mixer, now take rings cutter and make patties ,keep aside.
- Now heat the flat pan pour some drop of oil and cover the patties in bread crumbs and fry, from both side.
- Now make burger.......................
- Heat the buns, now place tomato ketchup on 1st one and in second one, place dill mayo,(you can spread plain mayo as well),now place salad leaves +patties +onion slice+ mozzarella slice+ again pastie salad leaves or shredded cabbage+onion slice+ mozzarella slice again+ bun.
- Nutritious Burger For Kids is ready to serve.
