Nutritious Burger For Kids
Ingredients....................................
For Patties........................
Mix veg-1/2cup
Boiled Potato mashed- 1cup
Salt to taste
Tomato puree/ chopped-2tsp
Grated ginger- 1tsp
Sliced onion-1/4cup
Green chili-1
Bread crumbs-1cup
Lemon juice-1tsp
Mic curry pwd-1tsp
Oil -2tsp
For burgers..........................
Ready made Bun
Tomato ketchup
Mayo
Salad leaves
Sliced onion
Sliced buffalo mozzarella
Method............................
Heat the wok,pour oil, add sliced onion+ ginger,fry till golden brown, now add mix veg, put salt , tomato puree and cook/cover it for 1 min.take out and keep aside
Take a big bowl add boiled potato+mix veg+curry pwd and mix them properly , now take a tray and spread mixer, now take rings cutter and make patties ,keep aside.
Now heat the flat pan pour some drop of oil and cover the patties in bread crumbs and fry, from both side.
Now make burger.......................
Heat the buns, now place tomato ketchup on 1st one and in second one, place dill mayo,(you can spread plain mayo as well),now place salad leaves +patties +onion slice+ mozzarella slice+ again pastie salad leaves or shredded cabbage+onion slice+ mozzarella slice again+ bun.
