Break the egg and separate the yolk and white part. Take mixer, add yolk,sugar and milk blend it until sugar is dissolved.
Now, add flour, essence and oil/butter mix them properly. Now whisk the egg white separately
Pour flour paste in egg white and fold them nicely, now pour the cake mixer in cake tin and bake for 15min at 180oc, after 15min, check the cake using toothpick, if toothpick comes clearly ,it means cake is baked well, otherwise you can keep for couple more mins. take the cake out and leave on wire rack for cooling.
