French Beans Sandwich

Ingredients......................................


  1. French beans chopped- 1cup
  2. Potato diced- 1/2
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Whole meal bread- 2
  5. Oil- 2tbsp
  6. Turmeric pwd- 1/4tbsp
  7. Corriander pwd- 1/4tbsp
  8. Onion chopped- 3tbsp
  9. Ginger chopped- 1/2tbsp
  10. Tomato paste 2tbsp

Method.................................

  • Heat the wok add oil, after 1 min. add chopped onion and ginger, fry them, after 1min. add potato, and salt mix them and cover from the lid cook for 1min, low medium heat.
  • Now add chopped french beans, tomato puree, and spices mix them and cook again for 2min.

  • Take bread pieces and cut the sides, put 1 tbsp french beans and put another slice of bread drop some oil on top and put them in sandwich maker.


  • French Beans Sandwich is ready to serve.

lunch box Pasta


Ingredients.....................................


  1. Pasta boiled- 1cup
  2. Broad beans- 1 stick
  3. Carrot peeled diced- 4-5
  4. Green peas- 2tbsp
  5. Sweet Corns- 4tbsp
  6. Salt and black pepper- 2pinch
  7. Tomato sauce- 2tbsp
  8. Basil dried- 1/4tbsp
  9. Onion chopped- 2tbsp
  10. Ginger garlic minced - 1/4tbsp
  11. Oil- 2tbsp

Method....................................

  • boiled pasta and keep a side, heat the wok, add oil or butter afetr 1/2 min add onion+ ginger+garlic, fry till transparent.
  • Now add , vegetables +salt balck pepper and cook for 1 min. now add boiled pasta and tomato sauce, dried basil, mix them and cook them for 1 min. again.




  •   lunch box Pasta is ready to serve.

Chicken Hariyaali- Spinach with chicken


Ingredients...................................


  1. Chicken with bones- 300gm
  2. Chopped onion- 2
  3. Chopped ginger- 1tbsp
  4. Bay leaf- 3
  5. Fennel seeds- 3tbsp
  6. Turmeric pwd- 1tbsp
  7. Corriander pwd- 1tbsp
  8. Red chilli pwd- 1/4tbsp
  9. Chopped spinach- 1cup
  10. Tomato puree- 1/2cup
  11. Red whole chilli- 1
  12. Slat to taste
  13. Chopped corriander- 4tbsp
  14. Oil- 7tsp


For marination........  crush them......................

  1. Tomato puree-3tbsp
  2. Garlic cloves- 3
  3. Ginger- 1/4inch
  4. Cloves- 5
  5. Cinemom- 1/2inch
  6. Salt
  7. Turmeric pwd- 1/2tbsp
  8. Red chili pwd- 1/2tbsp
  9. Corriander pwd- 1/2tbsp
  10. Fenugreek leaves- 3tbsp



Method...............................

  • Wash chicken and marinate with spices keep in fridge for 20 min.

  • Heat the wok add oil afetr 1 min, add bay leaf and fennel seeds, after fennel splutttering , add chopped onion, chopped ginger and fry till trasparent.


  • Now add chicken and fry on low midium heat for 15 min. now add dry spices chopped spinach , tomato puree, salt mix them and stir for 10 min.






  • Now add chopped corriander , and water according to you and cook for 10 min or 2 whistle.



  • Chicken Hariyaali- Spinach with chicken is ready to serve.

Radha Rani Prasad


Ingredients................................


  1. Sesame seeds- 100gm roasted
  2. Milk- 200ml
  3. Cream- 3tbsp
  4. Sugar- 5tbsp
  5. Green cardomom- 1
  6. Crushed cheshew and almond

Method...........................

  • Heat the wok add sesame seeds and roast till golden brown, afetr 11/2 min take out and keep aside.


  • Add milk and cream and leave for 15 min, low medium heat, now add sugar green cardomom, stir continously.


  • Now add sesame seeds and leave again for 5 -8 min. add almond and cheshew


  • Radha Rani Prasad is ready to serve .

Cool Peach




Ingredients....................................

  1. Cream - 5tbsp
  2. Vanilla ice cream- 4 scoops
  3. Peach halves- 4-5
  4. Sugar- 5tbsp
  5. Green cardomom- 1
  6. Milk- 2cup
Method............................
  • Add all things in mixer and mix them properly.



  • Drink is ready to serve.

Yellow Chatney


Ingredients.........................................


  1. Mustard paste- 2tbsp
  2. Lemon juice- 1/2tbsp
  3. Salt to atste
  4. Cream- 1tbsp
  5. Water- according to you
  6. Tomato- 1/2

Method..............................

  • Take  a jar of mixer, put all things and make smooth paste.


  • Yellow Chatney is ready to eat.
