Tapioca Cake (Sabudana vada)



Ingredients...........................

  1. Tapioca - 1cup soakedin water for 1hours
  2. Chopped green chili-2
  3. Chopped coriander fresh- 3tbsp
  4. Salt/ Rock Salt- 1tbsp
  5. Boiled potato - 1medium
  6. Chopped ginger- 1tbsp
  7. Red chilli crushed (optional)
  8. Oil for frying- 1bowl
Method.........................
  • First mix  all ingredients like- boiled potato,  soaked tapioca, salt red Chili Crushed, ginger, green Chili, fresh corriander  and make a small flat balls. 



  • Heat the wok and pour oil and after 1/2min place the cake, fry till golden brown both sides, low medium heat. 

  • Tapioca Cake is ready to serve green sauce.

Strawberry Ice Bowl


  1. Rose petals-4
  2. Strawberry slices- 6-7
  3. Plastic bowls with a size difference of 1 to 1/2 inches
  4. Water
  5. Transparent tape
Method..............................
  • Take a big bowl place the rose petals (you can you different petals as well), now sprinkle water 1tbsp, and place another small bowl on it .

  • Now strip the transparent tape, and protect the both bowls like picture.

  • Fill the water slowly and cut the slices of strawberry and place them in water.

  • Now keep the bowl in fridge for 4hours.

  • Strawberry Ice Bowl is Ready .

Red Beach Cocktail



Ingredients..............................
  1. Red wine- 3tbsp
  2. lemon soda- 1/2cup 
  3. Lemon juice- 2tbsp
  4. Black pepper- 3-4
  5. Red whole chili dry- 1split
  6. Green Cardamom-1
  7. Salt- 2pinch
  8. Basil leaves- 1
  9. Ice- 2cubes
  10. kiwi for garnishing

Method.............................
  • Take a glass, add black pepper, green cardamom, basil and crush, Now add lemon juice.

  • Then add soda, red wine, salt mix it, now add ice cubes and red Chili.....shake them like a picture

  • Finally Drain the mixer with drainer.

  • Cocktail is ready to drink.

Vegie Upma



Ingredients.................

  1. Semolina- 100gm
  2. Bell pepper chopped- 1/2cup
  3. Chopped onion-1
  4. Sliced green chili-2
  5. Carrot chopped- 1/4cup
  6. Monkey nut- 5tbsp
  7. Mustard seeds-1tbsp
  8. Curry leaves-6-7
  9. Lemon juice- 2tbsp
  10. Bengal Gram-4tbsp soaked in water
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil-4tbsp

Method...........................
  • Heat the wok, roast the semolina without oil low medium heat for 3min. or  ,until  you get the aroma of semolina .

  • Now transfer the semolina another vessel, pour oil-after 2sec add mustard seeds, onion, green chili, salt, fry about 10 sec, add monkey nuts, curry leaves, fry about 1/2min, now add soaked bengal gram, and bell peppers and carrot, fry again 1/2 min.

  • Now add semolina, mix them well add 1 cup water , lemon juice 2tbsp and cover from the lid  for 1 min, low heat.

  • Open the lid, stir the upma about 1 min. that's it...............

  •  Vegie Upma is ready to serve.

Triangle Grill Bread for kids



Ingredients.............

  1. Bread slice -2
  2. Butter- 1tbsp
Method..................
  • Cut the bread like a picture, spread the butter on it.

  • Switch on the gas low medium high, place the oven wire rack, you can use cake rack as well,leave for 1 min.

  • Now place the bread butter side for 4sec.

  • Triangle Grill Bread for kids is ready.

Cauliflower Soup with Grill Bread



Ingredients..................

  1. Cauliflower florets- 1cup
  2. Potato- 1small diced and peel
  3. Oil/Lard- 2tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chopped ginger- 1/2tbsp
  6. Chopped garlic- 1/2tbsp
  7. Turmeric pwd- 1/2 tbsp
  8. Curry pwd-1/4tbsp
  9. Chopped onion- 1
  10. Green chilli-1

Method........................
  • Heat the oil pour oil/ lard, after 3sec, add chopped ginger, garlic and green Chili, fry till golden brown.

  • Now add chopped onion, salt, turmeric pwd, curry pwd, and fry about 4sec.

  • Now add cauliflower  florets and diced potato and fry till golden brown, then add vegetable stock and cook about 1 min.

  • Now take a jar pour the mixer, and make smooth paste............. then transfer to wok and check the constancy, cook 4 sec.
Cauliflower Creamy Soup is ready to eat.
