Chilled Coriander Juice



Ingredients.....................................


  1. Fresh coriander- 50gm
  2. 5-spices pwd- 1/4tbsp
  3. Black salt- 1tbsp
  4. Honey- 1/2tbsp
  5. Lemon juice- 2tbsp
  6. Ginger- 1/2inch
  7. Curd- 2tbsp
  8. Water according to you

Method...............................

  • Take a mixer add all things and make smooth paste, Drain it.



  • Coriander Juice is ready for summer.

Kuttu Ke aate Ke Dahi Bade For Fasting




Ingredients................................

  1. Sighara aata/ kuttu aata/Flour- 100gm
  2. Boiled potato-1
  3. Fasting Salt
  4. For stuffing- raisins, almond, cashew crushed
  5. Thick Yogurt- 1cup 
  6. Fresh coriander chopped- 2tbsp
  7. Grated ginger- 1tbsp
  8. oil for frying- 1/2cup

Method............................

  • Take a bowl add flour, salt ,chopped coriander, ginger and boiled potato, mix them properly and make smooth dough.

  • Now make small ball like lime, stuffed with raisins, almond crushed, now heat the wok place balls and fry till golden brown, take out and keep a side




  • Now take a bowl add thick yogurt , put salt and whisk now place fried balls in yogurt and cover them for 10 min.




  • Kuttu Ke aate Ke Dahi Bade For Fasting is ready to eat.

Malayi kofta for fasting





Ingredients...................................

For Kofta...........................

  1. Paneer/ cottage cheese- 1cup
  2. Boile dpotato- 2
  3. Singhara flour- 4tbsp
  4. Fasting salt
  5. Oil for frying

For Gravy..............................

  1. Roasted peanuts- 4tbsp
  2. Tomato puree- 3tbsp
  3. Ginger- 1/2inch
  4. Cumin seeds- 1/2tbsp
  5. Green chili- 1
  6. Cream- 2tbsp
  7. Fasting salt
  8. Oil

Method...............................

  • Take mix add roasted peanut, tomato puree, ginger, cumin seeds and grren chili make smooth paste
  • Take a bowl add flour, grated paneer, salt and boiled potato, mash them and make balls.

  • Heat the wok add oil afetr1 min add balls and fry till golden brown , keep aside.

  • Heat the wok add 2tbsp oil and pour paste and fry till golden brown after 3min. add cream stir for 2second and put fried fofta/ balls, bring it to boil for 10 min, low heat.



  • Malayi kofta for fasting is ready to serve.



Khajoor Kulfi- (Dates Ice cream)


Ingredients...........................

  1. Milk- 10 tbsp
  2. Cream- 1/2 cup
  3. Cashew- 4-5
  4. Khjoor/ Dates paste- 3tbs
  5. Kewar Essence- 2drop
  6. Sugar- 5tbsp

Method.............................

  • Mix all things in mixer and make smooth mixer, add kulfi mold  or ice cream container and keep in fridge for 4 hours.





  • Khajoor Kulfi- (Dates Ice cream) is ready to eat.

Dhaba Mutton.


Ingredients...........................................

  1. Lamb- 500gm
  2. Clarified butter/oil- 1/2cup
  3. Large onion chopped- 2
  4. Garlic crushed- 4-6
  5. Grated ginger- 2tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Chili pwd- according to you
  8. Sugar- 1tbsp
  9. Green chili-chopped- 2
  10. Spring onion- 1cup
  11. Turmeric pwd- 1tbsp
  12. Corrinader pwd- 1+1/2tbsp
  13. Cumin pwd- 1tbsp
  14. Garam masala- 1/2tbsp
  15. Cinemom stick- 1inch
  16. Bay leaf- 3-4
  17. Green cardomom- 4
  18. Cloves- 4-5
  19. Tomato puree- 1cup
  20. Water- 2cup
Method...................................
  • Heat the wok add oil afetr 1/2 min add lamb pieces and fry till golden brown, take out and keep aside.


  • Now add bay leaf, green cardomom, cloves, cinemom and fry for 10 seconds, now add chopped onion, fry till transparent, now add ginger , garlic, chopped chili and red chilli pwd, mix them properly and fry for 1 min. on low medium heat.




  • Take a bowl add turmeric pwd, cumin pwd, corriander pwd and water mix them and make smooth paste. pour in pan and fry for 2min. add water and bring it to boil. after 2 min, add mutton cover the lid and cook for 1/2 an hour on simmer.



  • Now open the lid and pour tomato puree, sugar, garam masala pwd, and chopped spring onion, cook uncovered for 15 min, on low medium heat.



  • Dhaba Mutton. is ready to eat. you can adjust gravy consistency according to you.

Cashew - Pine nuts Indian Home made Kulfi


Ingredients..................................


  1. Cream- 1/2 cup
  2. Sugar- 10tbsp
  3. Cashew - 4-8 soaked in water
  4. Pine nuts- 20
  5. Kewara essence- 2pinch
  6. Milk- 10tbsp
  7. Crushed cashew for garnishing

Method.................................

  • Take mixer, add all things and blend, pour mixer in kulfi mold.




  • Keep in fridge for 4 hours.take out , pour in hot water for 5 second, now sprinkle crushed cashew on kulfi.
  • Cashew - Pine nuts Indian Home made Kulfi is ready to serve.
