Paneer Soup (Cottage Cheese Soup)
Ingredients.......................................
- Grated paneer-3tsbsp
- Rice stock-1cup
- Chopped onion-5tbsp
- Plain water- 2cup
- chopped ginger- 1tsp
- chopped corriander- 2tsp
- Salt and black pepper
- Vinegar-2tsp
- corn Starch-2tbsp
- Oil-2tbsp
Method.........................................
- Heat the wok add oil, afetr 1 min add ginger and garlic fry till transparent, now add grated paneer (cottage cheese) , salt and black pepper and fry for 1 min.
- Now add rice stock and plain water, mix them properly, now add corn starch, vinegar and chopped coriander cook low medium heat for 4 min.
- Paneer Soup (Cottage Cheese Soup) is ready to serve.
