Heat the wok add oil, afetr 1 min add ginger and garlic fry till transparent, now add grated paneer (cottage cheese) , salt and black pepper and fry for 1 min.
Now add rice stock and plain water, mix them properly, now add corn starch, vinegar and chopped coriander cook low medium heat for 4 min.
Paneer Soup (Cottage Cheese Soup) is ready to serve.
