Blubbery Loaf Bread




Ingredients..............................

  1. Plain flour- 200gm
  2. Sugar- 170gm
  3. Egg-2
  4. Blubbery-100gm
  5. Vegetable Oil/unsalted butter- 50gm
  6. Milk optional
  7. Soda-bio-carbonate-1/2tbsp
  8. Baking Soda- 1/4tbsp

Method...................................
  • Pre heat oven 200oc, take a bowl add oil/butter, sugar and egg yolk and mix them proper, keep aside, break eggs and separate egg yolk and white, whisk egg white and keep aside.


  • Now take a big bowl add flour, soda carbonate, baking soda, mix them- now add egg batter, whisked egg white and mix it properly, if you want you can add milk but consistency should be thick.other wise blubbery will go down because of weight.


  • Finally add blubbery and fold them. pour in loaf tin and bake for 30-40  min. check with skewer.






  •  blubbery Loaf Bread is ready to serve.

Creamy Fruit Cocktail dessert




Ingredients...............................


  1. Cream frosting- 1cup
  2. canned Mixed fruit- 1cup
  3. Apricot jam-2tbsp
  4. Sugar-1/2cup
  5. Almond flackes

Method.............................

  • Take a bowl add double cream +sugar and make frosting- link http://noopurnikhil.blogspot.co.uk/2011/11/how-to-make-frosting-icing-for-cake.html

  • Now add apricot jam in frosting and mix it properly,  take a big bowl place mixed fruit, add frosting , now add again mixed fruit and frosting, flacks some almond .



  • Put in fridge for 3 hours, Creamy Fruit Cocktail dessert is ready to serve.

Paneer in white sauce (Cottage cheese in white gravy)



Ingredients........................................


  1. Cottage cheese- paneer diced- 200gm
  2. Green cardamom-2
  3. Bay leaf-2
  4. Cloves-3-4
  5. Onion-1
  6. Ginger- 1inch
  7. Garlic- 3
  8. Garam masala-1/tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. oil-4tbsp
  11. Cashew 4-5
  12. Milk- 1cup
  13. Cream-4tbsp

Method....................................

  • Take a jar add onion, ginger and garlic and make smooth paste, and transfer to another vessel , now add cashew and little bit water and make paste, keep aside
  • Now heat the wok, add oil after 1 min. add green cardamom  bay leaf and cloves fry for 1/2min , add onion paste and cook for 10 min, 

  • Now add, garam masala, salt-mix them after 1/2 min, add milk and cream, cashew paste and diced paneer, on low heat, cook for 10 min. now add fenugreek leaves dried and cover it for 1 min.



  •  Paneer in white sauce (Cottage cheese in white gravy) is ready to serve.

Paneer Soup (Cottage Cheese Soup)

 


Ingredients.......................................


  1. Grated paneer-3tsbsp
  2. Rice stock-1cup
  3. Chopped onion-5tbsp
  4. Plain water- 2cup
  5. chopped ginger- 1tsp
  6. chopped corriander- 2tsp
  7. Salt and black pepper
  8. Vinegar-2tsp
  9. corn Starch-2tbsp
  10. Oil-2tbsp

Method.........................................

  • Heat the wok add oil, afetr 1 min add ginger and garlic fry till transparent, now add grated paneer (cottage cheese) , salt and black pepper and fry for 1 min. 



  • Now add rice stock and plain water, mix them properly, now add corn starch, vinegar and chopped coriander  cook low medium heat for 4 min.




  •  Paneer Soup (Cottage Cheese Soup) is ready to serve.



Bhunja Baigan Bharta (Indian Roasted aubergine mashed)


Ingredients.....................................


  1. Aubergine-1
  2. Tomato-1-2 medium
  3. Garlic cloves-4-5
  4. chopped onion-1/2cup
  5. Grated ginger- 1tbsp
  6. Chopped corriander- 3tsp
  7. Chopped green chili-2
  8. Mustard oil-1tbsp
  9. Salt to taste

Method..............................................

  • Take aubergine and make slit 3-4 long, peel garlic and fix them into aubergine's slit part.

  • Heat up the gas, put oven iron rack on it and put aubergine and tomato on top, roast them properly for 15-20 min low medium heat. you should turn them time to time.


  • Now leave them for 10 min. now peel the aubergine and tomato, take a bowl add chopped onion, coriander  ginger, salt, green chili, mustard oil and aubergine and tomato.


  • Mash them properly, Bhunja Baigan Bharta (Indian Roasted aubergine mashed) is ready to eat.
