Orange Cake


Ingredients..................................

  1. Plain flour-250gm
  2. Oil-150ml
  3. Orange zest-1tsp
  4. Sugar-200gm
  5. Egg-4 separated yolk and white
  6. Orange juice-50ml
  7. Baking pwd- 1/4tsp
  8. Soda -bio-carbonate- 1/2tsp
Method.....................................

  • Pre-heat oven 200o C, separated egg white and egg yolk, whisk egg white for 5min.and keep aside.



  • Take a bowl ,add sugar+oil+orange juice+egg yolk 4 and whisk for 2min or till thick custard.


  • Now add plain flour+ baking soda+soda bio-carbonate and fold them properly., Now add oil and egg white and orange zest- fold again.


  • Now prepare cake tin place baking paper and pour batter , now place in oven for 40-45 min on 180o C,time to time you have to check with toothpick or fork , when it comes clear that means cake is ready.





  • Orange Cake is ready to serve
