Stuffed Loofah (Bharwa Turai)
Ingredients.......................................
- Loofah vegetable- 1 washed, peeled and removed seeds
Stuffing........................
- Boiled Spiced Potato- link is

Coading......................
- Grated ginger- 1/4tsp
- Grated garlic- 1/4tsp
- Tandoori masala-1/2tsp
- turmeric pwd- 2pinch
- Salt to tatse
- Food colour- 2pinch
- Coriander pwd- 1/2tsp
- Tomato ketchup-1tsp
- Red chili- ped- 3pinch
- Curd- 2tsp
- Mango pwd- 1/2tsp
Method....................................
- Wash Loofah (turai), and peel skin carefully and remove the seeds from inside.
- Now take a spoon and stuff potato mixer in slit ,loofah, Heat the pan, put oil and fry it till golden brown,time to time you have to press turai (loofah),otherwise it will not cook properly.
- Stuffed Loofah (Bharwa Turai) is ready to serve.
