- Take a big bowl add these things and kneed soft dough, keep a side for 2 hour cover it properly.
- Now heat the oil, roll the dough like lemon size, roll them oval shape or round shape, pour in oil and deep fry and golden brown from both sides.

- Wash Loofah (turai), and peel skin carefully and remove the seeds from inside.
- Now take a spoon and stuff potato mixer in slit ,loofah, Heat the pan, put oil and fry it till golden brown,time to time you have to press turai (loofah),otherwise it will not cook properly.
- Stuffed Loofah (Bharwa Turai) is ready to serve.

- Heat the oil,place cumin seeds, after 10sec,add green chilli grated ginger, and garlic fry till golden brown.
- Now add chopped onion and fry till tender or brown, add all dry spices, fry again 20 second, now add tomato puree,slat +boiled chickpeas, cook for 10 min,low medium heat.
- After 10 min mashed chickpeas gently, and leave for 1min, again(you can add water according you-or 1cup), here I am using boiled chickpeas water.
