Bhature (Indian Deep fried bread )


Ingredients.........................


  1. Plain flour 1cup
  2. Semolina (Suji) 1/2cup
  3. Sugar- 1tsp
  4. Salt 1/2tsp
  5. Yogurt 1/2cup
  6. Baking soda- 1/4tsp
  7. Luke Warm Water -1cup

Method...........................

  • Take a big bowl add these things and kneed  soft dough, keep a side for 2 hour cover it properly.

  • Now heat the oil, roll the dough like lemon size, roll them oval shape or round shape, pour in oil and deep fry and golden brown from both sides.






  • Bhature (Indian Deep fried bread ) is ready to serve.

Stuffed Loofah (Bharwa Turai)




Ingredients.......................................


  1. Loofah vegetable- 1 washed, peeled and removed seeds

Stuffing........................

Coading......................

  1. Grated ginger- 1/4tsp
  2. Grated garlic- 1/4tsp
  3. Tandoori masala-1/2tsp
  4. turmeric pwd- 2pinch
  5. Salt to tatse
  6. Food colour- 2pinch
  7. Coriander pwd- 1/2tsp
  8. Tomato ketchup-1tsp
  9. Red chili- ped- 3pinch
  10. Curd- 2tsp
  11. Mango pwd- 1/2tsp

Method....................................

  • Wash Loofah (turai), and peel skin carefully and remove the seeds from inside.
  • Now take a spoon and stuff potato mixer in slit ,loofah, Heat the pan, put oil and fry it till golden brown,time to time you have to press turai (loofah),otherwise it will not cook properly.




  • Stuffed Loofah (Bharwa Turai) is ready to serve.

Tandoori Fish


Ingredients..................................


  1. Fish-2 fillets here I am using rohu
  2. Grated ginger 1/2tsp
  3. Grated garlic- 1/2tsp
  4. Red chili pwd- 2pinch
  5. Tandoori Masala-1/2tsp
  6. Lemon juice-1/2tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil-2drop
  9. Curd-2tsp
  10. Food colour-1pinch
  11. Tomato ketchup-1tsp

Method..........................

  • Take a plate add all spices and curd, mix them properly, wash the fish fillets, and marinate in paste.

  • leave for 2 hours.
  • Pre heat oven 200oc, place fish for 20-30min, cook from both sides till coal brown.



  • Tandoori Fish is ready to serve.

3 Layered Strawberry Cake

  1. Chocolate cake 250gm- divide in 3 pieces- http://noopurnikhil.blogspot.co.uk/2011/11/black-forest-cake.html
  2. Frosting- 1bowl-  http://noopurnikhil.blogspot.co.uk/2011/11/how-to-make-frosting-icing-for-cake.html
  3. Strawberry- 7-8 half

Method.......................

  • First take cake base, keep 1st layered of cake and spread frosting evenly, place some chopped cherry or ginger, walnut anything , now place 2nd layered  +frosting +chopped cherry and gain 3rd layered+ Frosting +chopped cherry





  • Now cover the cake with frosting evenly.

  • Now place half strawberry on top and decorate according to you.

  • 3 Layered Strawberry Cake is ready to serve.

Fruit Cream Dessert

  1. Diced fruit- kiwi,apple,banana,grapes
  2. Whipped cream added sugar- 1cup
  3. Food essence-2drop

  • Take a bowl add diced washed  fruits and add whipped cream  food essence mix them properly.
  • Fruit Cream is ready to serve.

Marrow Bangles- Fasting Food (Kaddu ki Pakaudi)


Ingredients....................................

  1. Marrow kaddu- round slices- 10-15
  2. Grated ginger- 1/tsp
  3. Rock-salt Fasting salt -Sendha namak- 1/2tsp
  4. Singhada flour- Water chestnut flour- 1/2cup
  5. Water- 1cup
  6. Oil-1cup
  7. Chopped green chili- 1

Method..................................

  • Take a bowl, add flour,salt, green chili, grated ginger,little water-make smooth paste.

  • now heat the wok,pour oil after 1 min, drop the marrow slices in batter and code them evenly  and fry in oil from both sides.


  • Take out fritters and serve hot with green sauce.

Spiced Amritsari Chole


redients.........................................


  1. Boiled black and white chickpes-2cup
  2. Finely chopped onion-1+1/2 cup -2medium
  3. Grated ginger- 1tsp
  4. Grated garlic- 1tsp
  5. Pomegranet seeds - 1tsp
  6. Corriander pwd- 1tsp
  7. Red chiliped pwd- 1/2tsp
  8. Chopeed green chilli- 1
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Turmeric pwd- 1tsp
  11. Garam masala- 1/3tsp
  12. Cumin seeds- 1tsp
  13. Tomato puree- 1/2cup
  14. Gooseberry /Mango pwd-1half/1/2tsp
  15. Oil- 15tsp

Method....................................

  • Heat the oil,place cumin seeds, after 10sec,add green chilli grated ginger, and garlic fry till golden brown.

  • Now add chopped onion and fry till tender or brown, add all dry spices, fry again 20 second, now add tomato puree,slat +boiled chickpeas, cook for 10 min,low medium heat.





  • After 10 min mashed chickpeas gently, and leave for 1min, again(you can add  water according you-or 1cup), here I am using boiled chickpeas water.



  • Spiced Amritsari Chloe is ready to serve.
