Chickpeas Stuffed Samosa

Ingredients.............................

  1. Chickpeas curry-1cup
  2. Besan Bhujiyaan/ Gram flour Snacks- 1/2cup
  3. Chooped onion- 1/2cup
  4. Oil- 1cup
  5. Plain Flour Dough- for 10 pieces

Method..............................
For making Samosa........................
  • First of all take small size of dough land roll it approx 3 inch dia-meter with rolling pin, now cut from between fold like a cone, add chckpeas curry, besan bhujiyan and chopped onion.

  • Now seal the edges carefully using some drop of  water, now heat the wok pour oil ,after 2 min place the stuffed samosas and fry from both sideslow low heat.


  • Chickpeas Stuffed Samosa  is ready to serve.
