For making Samosa........................
- First of all take small size of dough land roll it approx 3 inch dia-meter with rolling pin, now cut from between fold like a cone, add chckpeas curry, besan bhujiyan and chopped onion.
- Now seal the edges carefully using some drop of water, now heat the wok pour oil ,after 2 min place the stuffed samosas and fry from both sideslow low heat.
- Chickpeas Stuffed Samosa is ready to serve.
