Ingredients.......................
- Double cream- 4tsp
- Condensed Milk- 1tsp
- Sugar-1tsp
- Hazara Essence-2drop ( you can use rose water as well)
- Pistachios crushed- 2tsp
Method.........................
- First of all Whisk cream, sugar and make thick paste and keep aside, now take a bowl add condensed milk, hazara drop add pistachios, mix them well.
- Now mix in whisked cream and fold lightly.
- Now transfer the kulfi mixer in mould and keep in fridge for 3-4 hours
- Hazara Pista Kulfi (Indian Kulfi) is ready to serve.
