- Onion sliced- 1
- Green chili- 2
- Ginger- 1inch
- Red chili pwd- 1tbsp
- Corriander pwd- 1tbsp
- Garam masala- 1/4tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric pwd- 1/2tbsp
- Chopped tomato- 1/4can
- Tomato ketchup- 3tbsp
- Oil- 7tbsp
Method..........................
- Heat the wok ,pour oil after 3second, add sliced onion, ginger, green chili, cumin seeds, fry about1/2 min, add coriander pwd, garam masala, salt, turmeric pwd, red chili pwd and chopped tomato, mix them.
- Now add tomato ketchup, mix it and pour all mixer in mixer, and make a smooth paste, then pour in wok again and add some water and cook for 1min and place the sweet potato balls and cover from the lid after 1/2 off the heat.
- Sweet potato Ball with Indian sauce (Shakarkand ke kofte) ia ready to serve.
