Ingredients...................
- Black chickpeas- 100gm
- Oil for fry- 200gm
- Chopped onion- 1/2
- Chopped reddish/mooli- 4tbsp
- Chopped green chilli- 1
- Coriander fresh- 2tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice- 1tbsp
- Red chili pwd- 1/4tbcp (optional)
Method..........................
- Heat the the wok , pour oil after 1/2 min , add black chickpeas and fry them high heat, heat should be high for frying chickpeas, stir continuously, now you can see some crackups on chickpeas that means chickpeas has done, take off them in another vessel, and off the heat.
- Now add chopped onion, chopped reddish, chopped green chilli, salt, coriander and lemon juice , toss them and black chickpeas is ready to serve.
