- Sweet corns - 1cup
- Boiled potato-1
- Chopped onion- 1cup
- Chopped green chili- 2
- Chopped spring onion- 2tbsp
- Red chili pwd- 1tbsp
- Coriander pwd- 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Grated ginger- 1tbsp
- Plain flour- 2tbsp
- Oil- 10tbsp
Method......................
- Make a semi thick paste of sweet corns using mixer, now take a big bowl add boiled and peeled potato, sweet corn crushed, spring onion, chopped onion, green Chili, ginger, salt, red Chili pwd, coriander pwd and mix them.
- Now heat the flat pan, make a small cake, drop some oil on flat pan and place them, fry till golden brown from both sides.
- Corn cakes is ready to serve.
