How to make Indian Goddess Lehanga at Home



Items............................You will need

  1. Plain cloth- 1/2meter width- 6inch
  2. Shiny strips- 1/2mt., width- 1+1/2inch
  3. shiny strips-2- 1/2inch in width and 1/2 mt. in length
  4. Different color cloth - 1/2mt.- width- 1inch for piping
  5. Thread
  6. Niddle
  7. Scissor

Creamy Dates MilkShake (khajoor milk shake)


Ingredients.....................................


  1. Seedless Dates -khajoor- 8-9 soaked in water
  2. Cashew- 4-5
  3. Green cardomom- 1
  4. Sugar- 6tbsp
  5. Cream- 3tbsp
  6. Milk- 1cup

Method.......................................

  • Take a mixer add soaked dates, cardomom and cashew, you can add little bit of milk, grind them and make smooth creamy paste.


  • Now add milk , cream, sugar and whisk them.

  • Creamy Dates MilkShake (khajoor milk shake) is ready to drink.

Rajasthani Stuffed Bati





Ingredients.............................

For dough................................


  1. Wheat flour-2 cup
  2. Semolina- 1cup
  3. Clarified butter- 1/4cup
  4. Carom seeds- 1tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Baking pwd- 1/4tbsp

For Stuffing..............................

  1. Boiled potato- 2
  2. Green peas- 1cup
  3. Grated ginger- 1tbsp
  4. Grated garlic- 1/2tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Cumin seeds- 1tbsp
  7. Asfotedia- 2pinch
  8. Coriander pwd- 1tbsp
  9. Red chili pwd- 1/4tbsp
  10. Mango pwd- 1tbsp
  11. Black split lentil- 1tbsp
  12. Gram lentil- 1tbsp
  13. Green chili- 1
  14. turmeric pwd- 1/4tbsp
  15. Oil- 5tbsp

Method...............................


For Stuffing...................................

  • Heat the wok, add oil afetr 1min, add cumin seeds ,asofotieda, black split lentil, bengal gram fry till golden brown.



  • Now add spices and salt fry for 10 second, now add green peas and boiled potato, fry for 10 min.



  • Stuffing is ready .

For dough...................................

  • Take a bowl, add flour, semolina, salt, baking pwd , carom seeds, mix them properly, now add oil and rub with your palm.


  • Now add little water and make pliable dough, dough should be little hard.

  • Preheta the oven -250oc
  • Now take a small piece of dough like lemon and roll them 2inch diameter, put filling 1 tsp, seal them properly.




  • Place the batties in baking tra and place them in oven for 15 min, check the batties time to time and after 15 min turn them. and cook again 15 min or till golden brown from both sides.




  • Rajasthani Stuffed Bati is ready to eat.

Sliced fish with skewer Prwans




Ingredients...................................


  1. Fish- 1
  2. prawns- 4-5
  3. Turmeric pwd- 1/4 tbsp
  4. Salt to tatse
  5. Minced garlic-2pinch
  6. Lemonjuice
  7. Oil- 3tbsp

Method..................................

  • Take a bowl add turmeric pwd, salt, oil, lemon juice, minced garlic mix them properly.
  • Now add fish and prawns, cover them with marination, keep a side for 15 min.
  • Heat the pan, pour 1tbsp oil, place the fish and prawns and cook from both sides for 10 min. low medium heat.

  • Sliced fish with skewer prawn is ready to eat.


Chocolate chips- pineapple Muffins


Ingredients......................................


  1. Plain Flour- 1cup
  2. Pieapple essence- 1tbsp
  3. Raisins- 1/4cup
  4. Dried ginger- 4tbsp
  5. Baking pwd- 1/4tbsp
  6. Soda carbonate- 2pinch
  7. Egg- 1(optional)
  8. Sugar- 1/2cup
  9. Chocolate chips
  10. Pineapple juice-1/4cup

Method..............................

  • Pre heat oven 200oc.
  • Take a bowl add flour, baking pwd, soda bio-carbonate, mix them properly.
  • Now add pineapple juice, essence and egg (optional), sugar, Raisins, Dried ginger and whisk them.

  • Now take muffins tray, put oil and pour mixer, Flack Chocolate chips on top, place in Owen for 15 min.




  •  Chocolate chips- pineapple Muffins  is ready.
