Cottage cheese- mushroom Chow-mean for kids


Ingredients................................


  1. Boiled  chow-mean- 1cup
  2. Minced garlic- 1/2tsp
  3. Minced ginger- 1/2tsp
  4. cottage cheese-paneer diced-1/4cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Crushed black pepper pwd-1/4tsp
  7. Sliced onion-1/4cup
  8. Soy Sauce- 2tsp
  9. Oil-4tsp

Method........................

  • Heat the wok, pour oil after 1/2 min add sliced onion, ginger, garlic and fry till golden brown now add cottage cheese- paneer- fry till golden brown.

  • Now add sliced mushroom, sprinkle salt and pepper pwd- fry for 1/2 min, now add boiled chow mean and pour soy sauce on top, mix them properly. cook for 1 min.


  • Cottage cheese- mushroom Chow-mean for kids is ready to serve.

Yam Cutlets (Suran Cutlets)


Ingredients...............................

  1. Boiled peeled wahsed yams- suran- 200gm
  2. Roasted gram flour- 4tsp
  3. Slat to taste
  4. Green chili- 2
  5. Chopped grrn corriander- 4tsp
  6. Grated ginger- 2tsp
  7. Grammasla- 1/2tsp
  8. Corriander pwd- 1tsp
  9. Red hcili pwd- 1tsp
  10. Turmeric paste- 1/2tsp
  11. Oilforfry- 1cup

For battered.......................

  1. Rice four- 4tsp
  2. Gramflour- 5tsp
  3. salt to tase
  4. turmeric pwd- 1/2tsp
  5. Red chili pwd- 1tsp

Method..........................

  • Boiled yams with little water and tamrind paste, now Take a big bowl add boiled yams, and add all things and mashed properly.




  • Now make cutlets,make smooth paste of gram flour, Heat the wok,pour oil afte 1min when oil heated , dip cutlets in gram flour battered and drop in oil and fry till golden from both sides.



  • Yams Cutlets (Suran Cutlets)  is ready to serve.


Guwar ke phali ki sabzi (Cluster beans vege)




Ingredients..............................


  1. Washed and lightly boiled cluster beans (guwar phali-)- 2cup
  2. Rice- 10tspsoaked in wate you can use rice flour as wellr
  3. Turmeric pwd- 1/2tsp
  4. Red chili pwd- 1/2tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Grated ginger- 1/2tsp
  7. Grated garlic- 1tsp
  8. Gramflour- 3tsp
  9. Oil-10tsp
  10. Green chili
  11. Garammasala- 1/2tsp

Method..............................

  • Take mixer add soaked rice, gram flour,slat, turmeric pwd, red chili pwd, ginger garlic green chili, gram masala, gram flour and add little water make smooth paste 


  • Wash the cluster beans, specially sides of beans top and tail and marinate in rice battered and keep a side for 1hour.

  • Now heat the flat pan pour some drop of oil and spread this mixer evenly like picture and cook from both sides you can pour oil drop time to time.



  • Guwar ki phali sabzi (Cluster beans vege) is ready to serve.

Soya Aalo- (Dill with diced potatoes)


Ingredients...................................


  1. Chopped Soya washed- 1cup
  2. Diced peeled potato- 1/2cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Green chopped chili-1tsp
  5. Chopped garlic- 1tsp
  6. Oil- 3tsp


Method................................

  • Heat the oil, put some oil after 1/2min add chopped garlic and green chili and fry till golden brown, now add diced potato + salt and stir for 1 min.or till light brown



  • Now add chopped dill (Soya) mix them properly and cover from the lid and cook for 1+1/2 min low medium heat.


  • Now open the lid and check potatoes if its tender that means soya allo is ready to serve.

3 D fresh fruit cake



Ingredients................................

  2. Sponge cake-400gm 1-link is  http://noopurnikhil.blogspot.co.uk/2011/12/sponge-loaf-cake.html
  3. Apricot Jam- 10 tsp
  4. Chocolate icing-you can use nutella as well
  5. Orange juice- 10tsp
  6. Sliced Strawberry- 1cup
  7. Sliced kiwi for garnishing

Method...............................

  • When cake cool properly, divide in between 3 layered,first take cake base and place 1st layeredof chocolate cake put orange juice 2tsp ,spread chocolate icing + apricot jam +strawberry slices now place 2nd layered of chocolate cake and do same process .






  • Finally put 3rd layered of chocolate cake and cover top side of cake with chocolate icing ,now place sponge cake 1st layered and put orange juice then after apricot jam + strawberry slices and frosting-spread evenly.



  • Now again do same process, finally place small chocolate cake and cover it chocolate icing and sponge cake with frosting.
  • Then  decorate  with straw berry and kiwi slices ,3 D Cake fresh fruit cake is ready to serve.

Lemon Fish For Kids


Ingredients................................


  1. Fish fillets- 2
  2. Roasted gram- 1tsp
  3. Lemon juice- 2tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric pwd- 2pinch
  6. Oil- 5tsp

Method..........................

  • Wash the fish fillets, keep in plate sprinkle roasted  gramflour, salt, turmeric pwd and lemon juice ,marinate and keep a side for 1/2 hour.


  • Now heat the pan put some drop of oil and place the fish fillets and cook from both sides, golden brown for 10 min,low medium heat.



  • Lemon Fish For Kids is ready to serve.
