Ingredients..................................
- Plain flour-250gm
- Oil-150ml
- Orange zest-1tsp
- Sugar-200gm
- Egg-4 separated yolk and white
- Orange juice-50ml
- Baking pwd- 1/4tsp
- Soda -bio-carbonate- 1/2tsp
Method.....................................
- Pre-heat oven 200o C, separated egg white and egg yolk, whisk egg white for 5min.and keep aside.
- Take a bowl ,add sugar+oil+orange juice+egg yolk 4 and whisk for 2min or till thick custard.
- Now add plain flour+ baking soda+soda bio-carbonate and fold them properly., Now add oil and egg white and orange zest- fold again.
- Now prepare cake tin place baking paper and pour batter , now place in oven for 40-45 min on 180o C,time to time you have to check with toothpick or fork , when it comes clear that means cake is ready.
- Orange Cake is ready to serve
