Ingredients..............................
- Paneer-Cottage cheese- 150gm trangle diced
- Butter- 4tsp
- Tomato puree- 1/2cup
- Tomato Sauce- 2tsp
- Grated ginger- 1tsp
- Sliced onion- 1
- Salt to taste
- Grated garlic-1tsp
- Kasoori methi (fenugreek dried leaves)- 2tsp
- Coriander pwd- 1/2tsp
- Garam masala- 1/4tsp
- Green chili-1
- Cream- 2tsp
- Food colour- 1/2tsp
Method....................
- Heat the wok, pour buter after 1/2min add grated ginger, garlic, green chili and fry till golden brown now add onion + tomato puree, fry for 1min.
- Then pour in mixer and blend it, make smooth paste, pour in wok, add tomato ketchup, coriander pwd, garam masala, salt , kasoori methi (fenugreek dried leaves), mix them
- Now add, diced paneer (cottage cheese) ,cream and food colour cook for 1min.
- Paneer Butter Masala (Cottage cheese in butter gravy) is ready serve.
