Paneer Butter Masala (Cottage cheese in butter gravy)


Ingredients..............................
  1. Paneer-Cottage cheese- 150gm trangle diced
  2. Butter- 4tsp
  3. Tomato puree- 1/2cup
  4. Tomato Sauce- 2tsp
  5. Grated ginger- 1tsp
  6. Sliced onion- 1
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Grated garlic-1tsp
  9. Kasoori methi (fenugreek dried leaves)- 2tsp
  10. Coriander pwd- 1/2tsp
  11. Garam masala- 1/4tsp
  12. Green chili-1
  13. Cream- 2tsp
  14. Food colour- 1/2tsp

Method....................
  • Heat the wok, pour buter after 1/2min add grated ginger, garlic, green chili and fry till golden brown now add onion + tomato puree, fry for 1min.


  • Then pour in mixer and blend it, make smooth paste, pour in wok, add tomato ketchup, coriander pwd, garam masala, salt , kasoori methi (fenugreek dried leaves), mix them



  • Now add, diced paneer (cottage cheese) ,cream and food colour cook for 1min.


  • Paneer Butter Masala (Cottage cheese in butter gravy) is ready serve.
