- Strawberry sauce- 5tsp
- Double cream- 5ooml
- Coffee- 1tsp
- Chocolate paste- 4tsp
Method.......................
- Take 1 tsp coffee in cup add 2tsp water and dissolve, After baking cake, leave it for 2-3 hour on wire rack, now take cream and whisk for icing link is http://noopurnikhil.blogspot.co.uk/2011/11/how-to-make-frosting-icing-for-cake.html
- After 1/2 min. you will see double cream and sugar turns in thick paste, now pour coffee water solution and whisk continuously for 10 second, now keep in fridge for 1hour.
- Cut the cake half horizontally , Now take cake base and place 1st half on it, sprinkle sugar syrup on cake for making moist now appy frosting/icing then after spread strawberry paste.
- Now put rest half cake, sprinkle sugar syrup again, now apply coffee frosting and cover the cake evenly keep in fridge for 1hour.
- Prepare cone for design, here I am using hazelnut+chocolate paste, pour 4tsp paste in cone and cut the pointer and make design whatever you want.
- Egg less Sawan Cake is ready to cut.
