Indian Patisa (Sohan Papdi)- Indian sweet bite


Ingredients..............................
  1. Palin flour- 1/2bowl
  2. Chickpeas flour- 1/2bowl
  3. Oil- 1cup
  4. Sugar- 1bowl
  5. Water- 1+1/2bowl
  6. Liquid Glucose- 2tsp
  7. Pistachios- 1tsp



Method..............................
  • For sugar syrup, heat the wok, add water and sugar, cook for 15 min.when it turns in golden brown , put glucose syrup and cook again till golden brown.










  •  Mean while, heat the wok, add oil after 1/2 min add plain flour and chickpeas flour, mix them well and cook at low medium heat for 15 min, stir continuously, when you get aroma, off the heat, mix sugar-glucose syrup and fold them properly, you can see thin string. 





  • Now pour the mixer on plat from and spread evenly by hand or rolling pin. make the light cut using with sharp knife, leave for 1/2hour.



  • Indian Patisa (Sohan Papdi)- Indian sweet bite is ready to eat

Chocolate- Vanilla Cooler



Ingredients.......................

  1. Chocolate- 2square bites
  2. Vanilla ice cream- 4scoop
  3. Crushed chocolate- 2tsp
  4. Sprinkle- 1tsp
Method..........................
  • Take a cup add chocolate and put in microwave for 1/2 min. when it melt add vanilla ice cream and fold them nicely .

  • Now put 2tsp mixer in glass cup, according to your glass, 2nd- you have to  put crushed chocolate 2tsp and 3rd - put vanilla ice cream 2 scoops, garnish according to you.


  • Chocolate- Vanilla Cooler is ready to eat.

Egg free- Home made -Coffee Ice-cream



Ingredients..............

  1. Double cream- 100ml
  2. Coffee- 2tsp
  3. Warm water- 5tsp
  4. Sugar- 50gm
Method................................
  • take a cup pour coffee and warm water and mix it well , now take a big bowl add cream and whisk for 4min, when it turns thick add coffee water slowly , you can put more coffee according to your taste.

  • Now add sugar and whisk again for 1/2min, transfer to another bowl, keep in fridge for 4hours .


  • Egg free- Home made -Coffee Ice-cream is ready to serve.

Egg less Sawan Cake




Ingredients...........................

  1. Chocolate cake-1 link is  http://noopurnikhil.blogspot.co.uk/2011/11/black-forest-cake.html
  2. Strawberry sauce- 5tsp
  3. Double cream- 5ooml
  4. Coffee- 1tsp
  5. Chocolate paste- 4tsp
Method.......................







  • After 1/2 min. you will see double cream and sugar turns in thick paste, now pour coffee water solution and whisk continuously for 10 second, now keep in fridge for 1hour.

  • Cut the cake half horizontally , Now take cake base and place 1st half on it, sprinkle sugar syrup on cake for making moist now appy frosting/icing then after spread strawberry paste.



  • Now put rest half cake, sprinkle sugar syrup again, now apply coffee frosting and cover the cake evenly keep in fridge for 1hour.
  • Prepare cone for design, here I am using hazelnut+chocolate paste, pour 4tsp paste in cone and cut the pointer and make design whatever you want.



  • Egg less Sawan Cake is ready to cut.

Mozzarella Cheese Stuffed Flat Bread (Mozzarella Stuffed Prantha)



Ingredients............................

  1. Mozzarella chesse grated- 1/2cup
  2. Oregano- 3pinch
  3. Balck pepper pwd- 3pinch
  4. Chopped coriander- 1tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Dried Basil leaves- 1/4tsp
  7. Plain Flour- 1cup

Method............................
  • First knead a dough and cover with cling flim or clothe and keep a side
  • Grate mozzarella cheese and mix all ingredients like- salt +black pepper pwd+ dried oregano+ dried basil leaves, chopped coriander nad mix them well, now filling is ready .
  • Then Divide the dough and filling into 3-4 equal part, roll the dough 3inch diameter circle, place the 1 tsp filling in centre, seal by pulling the edges of the rolled dough.





  • Heat the flat pan, now roll the flat bread carefully about 5inch diameter circle, place the flat bread and cook from both sides, pour some drop of oil and cook till light brown.



  • Mozzarella Cheese  Stuffed Flat Bread (Mozzarella Stuffed Prantha) is ready to serve.
