Baby Uttapam for kids


Ingredients...............................


  1. Black split lentil paste- 6tbsp
  2. Ground rice flour- 5tbsp
  3. Water- 1/4cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Bell pepper
  6. Chopped onion
  7. Chopped tomato
  8. Oil- 2tbsp
  9. Corriander fresh

Method...............................

  • Take a jar put paste and ground rice little bit water and make smooth thick consist battered.
  • Heat the wok, put som oil drop 1 laddel batter and sprinkle onion, tomato, bell peppers, corriander and salt.

  • After 5sec. put some oil and cook from both sides.

  • Baby Uttapam for kids is ready for lunch.

Moogfali Laddoo


Ingredients..........................

  1. Roasted Crushed peanut- 2cup
  2. Jaggery- 1cup
  3. Water- 1cup
Method..............................
  • Heat the wok, add jagger and water and let them for boiling after 2min you can see bubbels.




  • Now take bowl add water and drop some jaggery paste if drop comes thick that means juggery paste is ready to make ladddoooo.




  •  Now add crushed peanuts and mix properl, transfer another plate and make laddooo.
  • Moogfali Laddoo is ready to eat.

Deep Fried Anchovy Fish



Ingredients................................

  1. Anchovy washed- 8-10
  2. Turmeric pwd- 3pinch
  3. Corn starch- 1tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black pepper- 4pinch
  6. Oil- 1cup
Method.............................
  • Mix them all to gather, heat the wok add oil, after 1 min. place the anchovy fry till golden brown.






  • Deep Fried Anchovy Fish  is ready to eat

Kurkuri bhindi for kids


Ingredients....................................

  1. Chikpeas flour- 3tbsp
  2. Washed okra, bhindi- 5-6 in diced shape
  3. Turemeric pwd- 1/4tbsp
  4. grated ginfer- 1/4tbsp
  5. Salt to tatse
  6. Corriander pwd- 1/4tbsp
  7. Oil-- 1cup
Method...................................
  • Take 1 bowl add diced bhindi or okra, sprinkle chikpeas flour, salt, ginger, turmeric pwd, corriander pwd and mix them properly.


  • Heat the wok add oil, after 1 min, place okra and fry deep .


  • Kurkuri bhindi is ready to eat

Green bread for Kids


Ingredients...........................

  1. Green peas- 1cup
  2. Ginger- 1/2tbsp
  3. Garlic- 1/4tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil- 5tbsp
  6. Turmeric pwd- 2pinch
  7. Corriander pwd- 1/4tbsp
  8. Garam masala- 2pinch
  9. cumin seeds- 1/4tbsp
  10. Bread slice- 1

Method..................................

  • Take mixer add green peas, grind them , heat the wok add oil, afetr 1/2min, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic and put green peas paste fry till thick now add turmeric pwd, corriander pwd, garam masala, salt.




  • Fry till golden brown, now take bread slice and spread evenly, eat like that otherwise you can shallow fry on flat pan.



  • Green bread for kids  is ready.

Yellow Stuffed Triangles



Ingredients...................................

  1. Chikpeas flour- 1/2cup
  2. Dried fenugreek leaves-2tbsp
  3. Oil- 4tbsp
  4. Wheat flour- 4tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Filling whatever you have
  7. Water- 1/4cup

Method..................................

  • Take a bowl add all dry ingredients mix them properly, put little water and make smooth piliable dough.
  • Now take small part of dough and roll 4inch dia meter , take knife or pizza cutter and cut in square shpes.


  • Here i am using fresh fenugreek leave and potato filling , Put filling in middle and and fold them in triangle shape.



  • Heat the flat pan, put little drop of oil and place triangles and fry till golden brown from both sides.


  • Yellow Stuffed Triangles  for kids is ready.

Fried Parwal- pointed gourd fried



Ingredients..................................

  1. Parwal- 4-5 in half
  2. Turmeric pwd- 1/2tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil for fry- 5tbsp
Method..............................
  • Take a bowl place pointed gourd and marinated them from salt, turmeric pwd keep a side for 10 min.

  • Heat the pan, add oil and place marinated parwal -pointed gourd and fry till golden brown from both sides.


  • Now you can eat with colslaw or salad...........It's up to you.
