Ingredients.............................
For Dough..................
- Rice flour- 300gm
- Luke warm water- 50ml
For Filling............................
- Bengal lentil - 150 gm soak in water overnight
- Ginger- 1inch
- Cumin seeds- 2tbsp
- Garlic- 4-5
- Black Cardamom- 1
- Black pepper- 14-15
- Green chopped coriander- 1tbsp
Method.........................
- Make a soft dough and cover it with clingfilm and leave it for 10 min.
- Take a jar add Bengal lentil and other dry spices, make a smooth paste , now add salt ,mix it well
- Now take a two small balls , sprinkle flour dust on rolling board and roll them with rolling pin carefully because rice flour dough is very delicate.
- Now pour 1spoon Bengal lentil paste and spread evenly , now cover it with another rice flat bread and close them carefully.
- Heat the oil , add rice flour kachori in oil carefully using with spatula , fry from both sides .
- Rice flour kachori is ready to serve with green chutney.
