Ingredients......................

- Canned pineapple- 50gm
- pineapple juice- 50ml
- Double cream- 150ml
- Icing sugar- 50gm
- Pineapple slices- 5-6 for garnishing
- Cherry for garnishing-2-3
Method..................
- Take a sponge cake and cut vertically, you should have 3 vertical slices to make a pastry.
- Now take a bowl, pour pineapple chopped chunks + double cream 5-6 tbsp and icing sugar, whisk them and make a smooth pure.
- Place one slice on plate, pour some drop of pineapple juice, next spread the pineapple smooth puree, then place another vertical slice on it and pour pineapple juice again, spread smooth pure, and reapt this process once again.
- Now cover the smooth pure all over the pastry and garnish with cream , pineapple slices and cherry, keep it on fridge for 1 hour.
- Pineapple pastry is ready to serve
