Take a big bowl add plain flour, oil 4tbsp, backing pwd and rub it for 2 min. now add water and make smooth pliable dough, keep a side for 1/2 an hour.

Now a take small bowl ad all ingredients dry and mix them properly and pour little water and mix them like powder.
Now take small piece of dough like lime size, fill the filling in midlle and seal them roll them for 2 inch dia- meter.
Heta the wok add oil afetr 2 min very low medium heat place you kachories and fry them from both sides golden brown.
