Morning Sandwich


Ingredients................................


  1. Egg- 2-3
  2. Cherry tomato- 4
  3. Bread slice- 2
  4. Grated Ginger- 1/4tbsp
  5. Chopped onion- 4tbsp
  6. Green chili- 1/2
  7. Oil- 2tbsp
  8. Dried basil- 2pinch
  9. Green peas- 4tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Tomato paste- 1tbsp
  12. Tomato ketchup
  13. Cucumber- 4-5slices

Method.............................

  • First make half fry egg, and keep a side, now will prepare tomato crushed sauce.

  • Heat the wok add oil after 1 min. add chopped onion, ginger, green chili dried basil, fry them, after 1/2 min., add cherry tomato or normal tomato do not fry more, switch off the heat, and cover the lid.



  • Now heat the flat pan, add some drop of oil and roast the bread from both sides, now first spread tomato ketchup, place egg fry, now add tomato crushed sauce, put cucumber and place another slice of bread.




  • Morning Sandwich is ready to serve.

Sattu Stuffed Kachori (roast gram stuffed bread)



Ingredients........................................


  1. Sattu- 200gm
  2. Crushed corriander- 1/4tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chilli pwd- 2pinch
  5. Chopped green chili- 1
  6. Fennel seeds- 1/2tbsp
  7. Lemon juice- 4drop
  8. Plain Flour- 200gm
  9. Oil- 4tbsp
  10. Oil for frying- 1cup
  11. Baking pwd- 2pinch
  12. Water- 1cup

Method..............................


For dough............................

  • Take a big bowl add plain flour, oil 4tbsp, backing pwd and rub it for 2 min. now add water and make smooth pliable dough, keep a side for 1/2 an hour.

For filling................................

  • Now a take small bowl ad all ingredients dry and mix them properly and pour little water and mix them like powder.

  • Now take small piece of dough like lime size, fill the filling in midlle and seal them roll them for 2 inch dia- meter.
  • Heta the wok add oil afetr 2 min very low medium heat place you kachories and fry them from both sides golden brown.


  • Sattu Stuffed Kachori (roast gram stuffed bread) is ready to eat

French Chocolate Mousse




Ingredients.............................


  1. Cooking dark chocolate- 50gm
  2. Whipped ctream- 1cup
  3. Sugar- 20gm
  4.  Flower Essence-2 drop
  5. Chocolate shaving- 1tsp
  6. Strong coffee- 2tsp dissolve in hot water


Method.............................

  • Melt the chocolate in double boiler and make lumps free paste, off the heat and let it be cool. chocolate  should be in room temperature.


  • Whisk cream and make thick paste add sugar and essence mix them proper.


  • Now take a another bowl, add 1tsp chocolate paste and 5 tsp cream, it's depend on you . how much you will like chocolate taste.



  • Mix them and keep in fridge for 5 hours.
  • French Chocolate Mousse is ready  to serve.

Strawberry spicy sauce


Ingredients............................


  1. Strawberry- 2
  2. Tomato puree- 2tbsp
  3. Green chilli- 2
  4. Chopped Coriander- 1 tsp
  5. Ginger- 1/2tsp
  6. Salt

Method............................

  • Mix all to gather in jar and make smooth paste

  • Strawberry spicy sauce is ready to serve.

Spinach- Gram lentil curry


Ingredients........................


  1. Gram lentil soaked in water- 150gm
  2. Spinach washed and chopped- 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger grated- 1tbsp
  4. Onion chopped- 1/2cup
  5. Cumin seeds- 1tbsp
  6. Asofotieda- 1pinch
  7. Green chopped chili- 1
  8. Red chili pwd- 1/2tbsp
  9. Turmeric pwd- 1/4tbsp
  10. Coriander pwd- 1tbsp
  11. Curry pwd- 1/2tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Tomato puree- 4tbsp
  14. Lemon juice- 2tbsp
  15. Oil- 6tsp

Method....................................

  • Heat the wok, add oil afetr 1 min, add cumin seeds, asofotieda ,chopped onion, green chilli and grated ginger , fry till golden brown


  • In mean while take a small bowl add dry spices , add little bit water mix them properly and keep a side for 2 min.
  • Now add tomato puree, salt and spice paste, fry till dry or 4min- 5min.


  • Now add spinach mix them , and fry for 3min. after ,add gram lentil 



  • Now add 3 cup water and cook for 20 min. or 4 whistle.
  • Spinach- Gram lentil curry is ready to eat.
