Ingredients.................
For Kebab.............
- Bengal gram/ chana daal-500gm
- Dry whole spices-(black pepper-20,red dry whole chili-2-3,cumin seeds-2tbsp, black cardamom-2, star anise-1, Cinnamon-1inch, green cardamom-2, javitri-1inch, clove-4-7)
- Water-1/2cup
- Salt to taste
- Wraps-6
- Shredded cabbage-1cup
- Shredded carrot- 1/4 cup
- Sliced onion-1/2 cup
- Peri=Peri sauce- 6tbsp
- Green mint sauce-1bowl
For kebab...............
- Firstly add 1 cup of water and cook Bengal gram Dal and all spices including salt in Pressure cooker ,after 2-3 whistle, off the gas and leave to cool off.
- Now transfer the material into the food processor and make a smooth paste with using little water.If the paste is not thick then you can reduce to heating up 3 to 5 min again.
- This time to make small roll like seek kebabs help with palm, if batter is more sticky then you can apply some drop of vegetable oil on your palm.
- Heat the flat tawa/pan on medium low heat and palace the kebab on it and put some vegetable oil or butter. When the kebab turns golden brown colour that means kebab is ready.
- Heat the tawa/ flat pan and fry the wraps without using oil, now spread the green mint sauce first then after place shredded cabbage, onion and carrot put some Peri Peri sauce( if you want).
- Now place kebab, put agin peri-peri sauce and fold it like picture, cover it with silver foil.
- And place it in pre heated oven -250oc.
- cut the wraps and enjoy.
