Fruit cream Dessert


Ingredients.................
  1. Milk-200gm
  2. Custard powder dissolve in cold water-3tbsp
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. Double cream-10tbsp
  5. Diced fruits- (kiwi, Mellon, mango, pear, apple, pineapple)


Method................
  • First  boil milk about 2min then add slowly custard powder paste, when it looks thick that means custard is ready, now let it be cool and cover with clingfilm and put in fridge about 1hour.
  • Now add double cream and make smooth paste , pour in fruits and mix it well .. now put in fridge again.
  • Fruit cream dessert is ready to serve chilled.
