Ingredients..............
- Raw Rice - 3tbsp soaked in water 1/2 hour
- Gram flour/besan- 3tbsp
- Red chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Salt ot taste
- Grated ginger- 1/2 tbsp
- Runner beans- 7-8
- Green chili- 3
- Oil -6tbsp
Method....................
- Make a smooth paste of rice and boil the runner beans about 10 min, let it be cool.
- Now clean the beans like pictures.
- Mix the runner beans and seeds in rice paste, now heat the flat pan and pour 2tbsp oil and spread the runner beans and cook till light brown both sides.
- British Runner Beans crisp is ready to serve.
