British Runner Beans Crisp


Ingredients..............
  1. Raw Rice - 3tbsp soaked in water 1/2 hour
  2. Gram flour/besan- 3tbsp
  3. Red chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
  4. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
  5. Salt ot taste
  6. Grated ginger- 1/2 tbsp
  7. Runner beans- 7-8
  8. Green chili- 3
  9. Oil -6tbsp

Method....................
  • Make a smooth paste of rice and boil the runner beans about 10 min, let it be cool.


  • Now clean the beans like pictures.
  • Mix the runner beans and seeds in rice paste, now heat the flat pan and pour 2tbsp oil and spread the runner beans and cook till light brown both sides.

  • British Runner Beans crisp is ready to serve.
