Ingredients.................
- Egg scramble plain-1bowl
- Boiled rice- 3cup
- Sliced onion-1/4cup
- Diced Carrot-1/4cup
- Shredded cabbage-1/4cup
- Sliced capsicum- 1/4cup
- Green peas-1/4cup
- Salt to taste
- Soy sauce- 2tbsp
- Vinegar- 3tbsp
- Oil- 7tbsp
- Cumin seeds- 2tbsp
- Heat the wok pour oil after 2second add cumin seeds and fry , now add sliced onion fry about 1/2min then add carrot, peas, bell pepper fry 1min till tender.
- Now add boiled rice , salt and mix it well after 1 min add soy sauce, vinegar and cabbage, again mix it .
- Now add egg scramble plain and fry about 1min.
- Egg fried rice is ready to serve.
