For batter............
Broccoli Florets- 9-12
- Plain flour- 5tbs
- Corn starch/ potato starch- 2tbsp
- Black pepper crushed- 1tbsp
- Chili flakes/red chili powder- 1tbsp
- salt to taste
- Ginger paste- 1tbsp
- Garlic paste- 1tbsp
- Vegetable oil for deep fry- 1cup
- Honey- 1tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup-2tbsp
- Hot sauce- 2tbsp
- Vinegar- 5tbsp
- Soy sauce- 4tbsp
- Starch- 1tbsp
- Water -1/2 cup
- Chopped onion- 1
- Chopped green chili- 3
- Grated ginger- 1tbsp
- Grated garlic- 1/2 tbsp
- Oil- 4tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Spring onion for garnishing
Wash the broccoli florets, ccombine together the: plainflour, corn/potato starch, chili powder/flacks, salt, black pepper and water as needed. mix well and prepare a semi thick coating batter out of it.
