Ingredients.................
- Black Eye/ Lobiya- 200gm soaked in water about 3hours
- Onion paste- 1cup
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
- Red chili powder- 1tbsp
- Coriander powder- 1tbspGaram masala-1/2 tbsp
- Tomato- 1/4cup
- Water-1cup
- Oil- 10tbsp
Method...............
- Heat the wok , pour oil after 1/2 min add onion paste and fry 1/2 min then add powder spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder , garam masla and salt and fry till thick.
Now add chopped tomato and fry about 1/2 min then add black eye and fry again 1 min.
Now add water and cook about 5 min or 3 whistle.
Black Eye/ lobiya is ready to serve with bread.
