Ingredients.................
- Mustard paste
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder-1/2tbsp
- Coriander powder-1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala- 1/4 tbsp
- Prawn peeled- 200gm
- Lemon juice- 2tbsp
- Oil- 4tbsp
- Make a smooth paste of mustard, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, red dry chili
- Heat the wok pour oil and after 1/2 min add mustard paste and fry till golden brown, then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and prawns and pour 2 tbsp water, and lemon juice, cook again 2 min.
- Mustard Prawn is ready to serve.
