Ingredients.................
- Wheat flour- 2bowl
- Curd-1/2cup
- Oil- 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Carom seeds- 2 tbsp
- Water- 1Bowl
- Roast Gram Flour- 1 bowl
- Chopped Chili- 2
- Carom seeds- 1tbsp
- Copped onion- 2tbsp
- Grated Garlic-2tbsp
- Grated Ginger- 2tbsp
- Pickle- 2tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water 6-7 tbsp
For Filling..............
- Pour roasted gram flour in a bowl then add chopped onion, green chili, grated ginger, garlic, carom seeds, salt to taste and rub this mixture well.
- Now add pickle 2 tbsp and some drop of water and mix again, mixture should be thick and like a powder.
- Pour the wheat flour in a bowl then add curd, salt, carom seeds, oil and make a soft dough using little water.
- Flatten them on the palm or on a surface into a circle. Place the stuffing in it and cover it completely with the dough.
- Pre heat onen 200oc and place all litti on it for 20 min, then turn into another side and bake again 10 min.
- Litti is ready to serve with Chokha/ aubergine puree/ baigan bharta.

This is one of the best recipe i have even seen. Litti chokha is mouth watering food of Bihari cuisine.
Lots of great looking dishes here! I can't keep up with all the dishes I want to make...there's always so many good ones :)
