Ingredients.....................
- Bengal gram- 1 cup soaked in water about 2hours
- Mustard seeds- 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger chopped- 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Asafotieda- 2pinch
- Green chili chopped -1
- Spring onion chopped-2tbsp
- Mango powder- 1/4 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil- 3tbsp
- Heat the wok add vegetable oil after 1 min add mustard seeds, green chopped chili, and ginger fry about 1 min then add turmeric powder, salt, spring onion and asafotieda.
- After 1 min add washed- soaked bengal gram lentil and fry 2 min add 6 tbsp water and cover with lid and cook about 3 min.
- Check the bengal gram if they cooked properly add coriander leaves and serve it .
