Ingredients................
- Chicken chunks- 250gm
- Chopped Onion- 1
- Fresh coconut paste- 5tbsp
- Cashew paste- 3tbsp
- Thick curd- 4tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder/ crushed-1/2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds- 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin powder- 1tbsp
- Coriander powder- 1tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste- 4tbsp
- Green Chopped chilli- 2
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Whole garam masla (clove-4-5, Cinnamon-2 inch, Green Cardamom-4)
- Vegetable oil- 8tbsp
- Cream- 7tbsp
- Heat the wok, pour oil and add whole masala and fry about- 1 min then add chopped onion, green chili , ginger garlic paste and fry about 2 min.
- Now add salt, turmeric powder, coconut -cashew paste and slow the heat and cook about 4 min or till gravy turns thick.
- Add curd and all powder spices mix it well, fry about 1 min
- Transfer to mixer and make a fine creamy paste, Again pour this creamy gravy in wok. then add chicken chunks and fry about 2 min then add cream and cover it and cook very low heat about 15 min.
- Chicken Korma is ready to serve
