Ingredients......................
- Raw egg-3
- Chopped Onion-2
- Green chili chopped- 3
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder- 1/2tbsp
- Corriander leaves chopped-2tbsp
- Oil to fry Prantha
- Make dough out of whole-wheat flour (atta), ad 1tbsp oil and salt as you would do for any paratha/roti., and cover with clingflim or wet clothe for 30 minutes.
- Break the eggs and add all ingredients like (chopped onion, green chili, salt , red chili powder, corriander leaves and mix it well.
- Take a Ping-Pong ball size lump of dough. Now roll it 6 inch diameter slightly using dry flour, spread some oil, and make a fold like a picture.
- Heat the tava/ fry pan very low heat place the parantha/ flat bread on it after 8 sec turn it another side now slowly open the layer of paratha and pour the egg on it. and leave it for 1 min.
- Now turn it and spread some oil and cook till golden brown both sides.
