Garlic Bread


Ingredients............
  1. Small Baguette- 1
  2. Chopped Coriander leaves- 2tbsp
  3. Butter- 3tbsp
  4. Salt- 1/2 tbsp 
  5. Garlic minced or grated- 1 tbsp
Method..................
  • Pre-heat the oven to 200C. 
  • Take a bowl add minced and peeled garlic and butter, now heat the the bowl very low heat and fry about-2 min.
  •  Now add chopped coriander leaves, salt and mix it well, Using a sharp knife, make diagonal incisions about 3cm apart, as if you were slicing the loaf but without cutting right through.
  •  Take a sheet of tinfoil large enough to parcel the loaf and place the loaf in the middle. Use a knife to smear the garlic butter between the slices, close up the parcel and bake for 10 minutes.
  • To achieve a crusted top, open the foil and place the garlic bread in oven on 200oc again and bake for a further 5 minutes both sides.
  • Garlic Bread is ready to serve.
