Ingredients................
- Spinach leaves- 10-20
- Potato peeled dice- 1/4 cup
- Grated garlic- 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper- 1/2 tbsp
- Butter- 3 inch
- Salt to taste
- Curd/Heavy cream-3tbsp
- Chopped onion- 1
- Vegetable stock/ chicken stock
- Heat the wok add butter after 1 min add grated garlic fry about 2 min then add chopped onion, salt, black pepper again fry about 2 min.
- Now add diced potato and fry about1 min then add spinach leaves add 1/2 cup vegetable stock or chicken stock cover the lid and cook about 5 min.
- Now pour curd or heavy cream in it then make a fine paste or puree using with mixer.
- Spinach Soup is ready to serve .
