Ingredients...............
- Cottage cheese- 200 gm
- Green bell pepper- 1
- Onion- 1
- Red bell pepper-1
- Mushrooms- 10
- Curd- 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder- 1tbsp
- Kasori methi- 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup- 3 tbs
Soya sauce- 2 tbsp
Method..................
- Mix all ingredinets (curd, oil, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, kasoori methi) in a bowl .
- Cut all ingredients in 1-1inch sized and marinate them in curd paste and cover it with clingfilm and leave it for 2 hour.
- Pre -heat oven on 150oc , now pour mixture on grill and grill for 15 min the after turn all veggie and grill another 3 min.
- Cottage cheese/ Paneer toothpick is ready to eat .
