salted vermicellli




Ingredients..................
  1. Brown vermicelli
  2. Frozen peas- 1 cup
  3. Peanuts- 1 cup
  4. Onion sliced- 1/2
  5. Green chopped chili- 2tbsp
  6. Grated ginger- 1/2 tbsp
  7. Mustard seeds- 1tbsp
  8. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
  9. Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp
  10. Chopped tomato- 1/2 cup
  11. Diced potato- 1/2 cup
  12. Garam masala- 1/4 tbsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
  15. Oil- 5tbsp

Method..................
  • Heat the wok pour oil- 5 tbsp, after 1/2 min add mustard seeds and onion, green chopped chili and fry 1/2 min, now add peanut.
  • After 1/2 min add all vegetables and spices, salt mix it well , now add brown vermicelli and fry about 3 sec, then add 1/4 cup water , cover the lid for 3 min.
  • Salted vermicelli is ready to serve.
