- Brown vermicelli
- Frozen peas- 1 cup
- Peanuts- 1 cup
- Onion sliced- 1/2
- Green chopped chili- 2tbsp
- Grated ginger- 1/2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds- 1tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped tomato- 1/2 cup
- Diced potato- 1/2 cup
- Garam masala- 1/4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
- Oil- 5tbsp
- Heat the wok pour oil- 5 tbsp, after 1/2 min add mustard seeds and onion, green chopped chili and fry 1/2 min, now add peanut.
- After 1/2 min add all vegetables and spices, salt mix it well , now add brown vermicelli and fry about 3 sec, then add 1/4 cup water , cover the lid for 3 min.
- Salted vermicelli is ready to serve.
