Ingredients..................
- Boiled kidney beans- 1 bowl
- Onion paste- 1small bowl link is http://noopurnikhil.blogspot.com/2011/02/onion-paste.html
- Bay leaves-2
- Cloves- 4
- Green cardamom- 2
- Black cardamom-1
- Oil- 7 tbsp
- Cinnamon- 1 inch
- Coriander powder- 1tbsp
- turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Mango powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Raw peeled potato- 1
- Heat the wok add oil after 1/2 min add bay leaves, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom and Cinnamon fry 1 /2 min then add onion paste and fry till thick.
- Now add dry spices like coriander pwd, mango pwd, turmeric pwd, salt and fry till golden brown after 2 min add boiled kidney beans/ rajmah and mix it well, fry 2 min and add (raw peeled potato for makeing thick gravy ).
- Now add water 2 cup according to you, cover the lid and cook about 5 min or 4 whistle.
- Open the lid and mashed using masher, Kidney beans/ rajmah is ready to serve.
