- Cumin seed- 1 tbsp
- Grated ginger- 1 tbsp
- Cushed black pepper- 1 tbsp
- Tomato chopped- 1 cup
- Oil- 5 tbsp
- Salt/ rock salt to taste
- Coriander chopped - 3 tbsp for garnishing
- Heat the wok pour oil and after 1/2 min add cumin seeds, ginger, crushed black pepper and fry about 1/2 min.
- Then add chopped tomato and cook till soft and off the heat and make a smooth paste using mixer.
- Heat the wok again pour the tomato smooth paste and cook if you want add little water and add salt.
- If you want thick gravy you can add potato flour -1 tbsp and place home made cottage cheese, cover the lid and cook 2 min.
- Cottage cheese/ paneer with tomato gravy is ready to serve.
