- Boiled chana daal/ bengal lentil-1cup
- Sugar-1cup
- Green cardamom-2
- Milk-1/4cup
- Oil-10ttbsp
- Desiccated coconut-1/2cup
- Raisins, cashew crushed-4tbsp
Method.................
- In a dish soak the chana lentils for at least 1 hour. Add 4 cups of water to it and cook it in the pan until it is soft. now pour milk and make a smooth paste using mixer,Set it aside and let it cool.
- heat the wok pour oil , add cardamom and paste,Keep stirring until it turns dark brown. When all of the water evaporates, it will come to a soft consistency, add sugar and Garnish with cashew nuts and Raisins, coconut.
- Bengal gram bite/ chana dal halwa is ready to serve.
