Paw Bhaji


Ingredients............
  1. Carrot grated- 1 cup
  2. Cauliflower grated- 1 cup
  3. Boiled potato-2
  4. Green bell pepper chopped- 1/2 cup
  5. Butter- 10 tbsp
  6. Chopped cabbage- 1 cup
  7. Green beans- 1/2 cup
  8. Onion sliced- 1
  9. Red chili powder- 1 tbsp
  10. Green chopped chili- 1tbsp
  11. Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
  12. Paw bhaji masala- 3 tbsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Ready made flat puff bread/ paw

Method...........
  • Heat the wok pour 5 tbsp butter and add  onion after 1/2 add all grated , chopped vegetables and spices except paw bhaji masala., cover the lid and cook 1 min.
  • Now add boiled potato and paw bhaji masala , mix it well and add 1/2 cup water and cook low medium heat again.
  • after 2 min mash all vegetables using masher, add more butter if you want, Bhaji is ready to serve with paw/ flat puff bread.
