Ingredients............
- Carrot grated- 1 cup
- Cauliflower grated- 1 cup
- Boiled potato-2
- Green bell pepper chopped- 1/2 cup
- Butter- 10 tbsp
- Chopped cabbage- 1 cup
- Green beans- 1/2 cup
- Onion sliced- 1
- Red chili powder- 1 tbsp
- Green chopped chili- 1tbsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
- Paw bhaji masala- 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ready made flat puff bread/ paw
- Heat the wok pour 5 tbsp butter and add onion after 1/2 add all grated , chopped vegetables and spices except paw bhaji masala., cover the lid and cook 1 min.
- Now add boiled potato and paw bhaji masala , mix it well and add 1/2 cup water and cook low medium heat again.
- after 2 min mash all vegetables using masher, add more butter if you want, Bhaji is ready to serve with paw/ flat puff bread.
