Ingredients.......................
- Black skin peeled Gram - 1/2 cup(soaked in water8-9 hours)
- Chopped onion- 1 cup
- Boiled Potato - 1 cup in diced shape
- Boiled chickpeas- 1 cup
- Yoghrt mixed sugar- 1 cup
- Tam rind Chatni- 1/2 bowl
- Green chopped chili- 2 tbsp
- Ginger chopped- 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder- 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder- 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala- 4 tbsp
- Namkeen sev - 1 bowl
- Salt to taste
- Dry fruits for filling- 5 tbsp
- Oil for frying- 1 bowl
- Soak the Daal in plenty of water and leave it for about 8 to 9 hours ( even overnight is fine), drain the water and make a fine paste using mixer, you can add water if the mixture gets sticky or thick.
Now fill some dry fruits in middle and fold it, now press the edges, now unfold the plastic sheet upper side apply some water on your palm and transfer the 1 bhalla on your palm easily and now pour in the hot oil for frying till golden brown both sides
- Dahi Bhalle is ready to eat.
