Paneer Tikka Masala(Cottage Cheese)


Ingredients................
  1. Cottage Cheese(Paneer)- 200 gm (cut into cube shape)
  2. Green Bell Pepper- Square shape 1/4 cup
  3. Yellow bell Pepper- square shape 1/4 cup
  4. Onion- square shape- 1/4 cup
  5. Thick Curd- 3 tbsp
  6. Kasoori Methi- 1 tbsp
  7. Red chili Powder- 1 tbsp
  8. Vegetable Oil- 2 tbsp
  9. Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
For Gravy.............
  1. Chopped Onion- 1
  2. Grated Ginger- 1tbsp
  3. Grated Garlic- 1 tbsp
  4. CuminSeeds- 1 tbsp
  5. Tomato Puree- 1
  6. Coriander Powder- 1 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Corn Flour
  9. Water- 1 cup
Method............
  • Mix together paneer (cottage cheese), curd, lemon juice, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper,Red chili powder, Kasoori methi, vegetable oil and salt in a bowl . Cover it with clingfilm and leave to marinate for an hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook marinated mixture for 3-4 minutes on low flame till light brown from both sides and transfer to another bowl.
  •  Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds,onion chopped, salt pinch, grated ginger garlic , corn flour(for making thick gravy), mix cook for 3min, now add tomato pure, coriander powder, red chili powder, mix well, and let it cook till u can see oil.
  • once it is done add water as need,bring it to boil, then add cooked paneer(cottage cheese) and vegetables, garamasala powder, cream as needed and cook for 3min.
  • Paneer Tikka Masala is ready to serve .
