Ingredients....................
- Black split peeled lentil (Urad daal)- 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds- 1 tbsp
- Boiled potato- 4medium
- Green chopped chili- 2 tbsp
- Sliced onion- 2 tbsp
- Green frozen peas- 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
- Mango powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Vegetable Oil- 8 tbsp
Method..............
- Heat the wok add oil, after 2 second add green chopped chili, mustard seeds and /black split lentil/urad daal , fry till brown then add sliced onion and fry again 2 second.
- Now add diced boiled potato and frozen green peas fry about 1 min then add all dry spices like coriander powder, mango powder and turmeric powder and fry again 2 min.
- Mustard potato is ready to eat.
